What exactly is AutoQube?+
A software tool that runs pre-built automation templates on your own crypto exchange account — it gives no investment advice and never holds your funds. Templates run within capital and leverage limits you set yourself. It is not a broker, fund, or investment adviser.
Does AutoQube give investment advice?+
No. Automation templates are pre-configured software settings, not recommendations. Risk-profile labels describe how a template is configured — never an outcome. Every decision is yours alone.
Can AutoQube touch my funds?+
No. Your funds stay on your exchange at all times. AutoQube connects with trade-only API keys; keys with withdrawal permission are automatically rejected. We cannot deposit, withdraw, or transfer anything.
Which exchanges are supported?+
Binance and Bybit during beta — spot for ARIA, USDT-M futures for CIPHER and VAULT. More venues are evaluated as we grow.
Is AutoQube available in my country?+
AutoQube follows the exchanges: we only operate where Binance or Bybit offer retail futures. It is not available in the United States, the EU/UK, Türkiye, and several other jurisdictions. Eligibility is checked during onboarding.
How do I stop everything?+
The kill switch is always visible in the app. A deliberate slide gesture halts all automation — no accidental taps. If a template has open trades, the app shows you their live PnL and asks for explicit confirmation before closing anything.
What does the beta cost?+
Nothing — every plan is $0 during beta, with the same features, template access, and limits as the paid service. Selected Early Members keep a 50% discount after paid launch.
How do I cancel?+
Any time, in the app. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Disconnecting your exchange deletes your API keys from our systems.
